If you are half board the most ridiculous thing is that they dont even give you tap water for dinner. Hotel was almost empty the last day and they told us they needed our room so we could not do late check out. First time in Tenerife for us, we saw a lot of the island it is beautiful, rent a car to travel strongly recommend it, lots to see outside the hotel. Regarding the hospitality in this hotel, it is very poor, it feels like you are there to be exploited and its so obvious it makes one feel very uncomfortable."
