Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.

Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.

Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $250 fine will be imposed.

Overnight Guests: Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

Mail & Packages: We do not allow mail or packages to be sent to the property. Items (e.g., Amazon) can be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS store.

Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

Property Care: Guests are expected to keep the property and furnishings in good order and maintain a respectable level of cleanliness.

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee. Check-out time is 11 AM.

The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Jenny is quick with communication and her instructions are well detailed and easy to follow. We did not have any of the issues with the locks as others had noted. The parking is fantastic. While it says behind the house, don’t think of a creepy alleyway. It’s a fenced in drive with multiple spots shared by the building. The exterior is well lit, stairs have non slip surfaces, and easily found by our uber driver. The beds are tempur style and were very comfortable. Shower pressure was described as “perfection” from all in our group. This might have been the best coffee stash we’ve had in a rental yet. Thank you for saving us that trip to the store (there is one just around the corner for other items) We would 100% stay here again

We needed a homey place to celebrate Christmas while our daughter recovered from surgery. That's asking a lot, but this apartment was just perfect for our family. Big enough to spread out, had everything we needed to cook a special meal, and so clean that it felt like home for all of us. It was also walking distance to restaurants, a church for Christmas Mass, a great coffee shop, and a CVS for all the supplies we needed. The host was very accommodating and helped us every time we asked. Great neighborhood too, I enjoyed several walks in the area. We loved it!

Please read it all…safety is our outmost priority. Second night we had a strange man not with our family enter the home after midnight. Three of four of us were sleeping already. He claims he was provided the code by another tenant in a different unit. Our unit was the third story unit and he would have walked past the first and second unit unsure how this could happen and lucky it ended the way it did and without incident. Host was apologetic but did not offer to change the codes until we specifically requested it and then only changed the code to one set of doors the following day. We had to again request the second set of doors also be recoded. Despite us ensuring the front door lock was secured that night, upon our departure we found the front door to be unlocked. We never used the front door to enter the property as the back door goes straight to the car park. The house was clean and comfortable. Hostess very responsive and caring.

Luxurious, large home in quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to public transport. Short walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Accomodation was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Furnishings were exceptional. Very high end. Beds super comfortable. So much thought has obviously been put in to this home. Very relaxing and welcoming, especially after a day of sight seeing. Host was exceptional. Responded within minutes. This accomodation and host deserve ten stars. An absolute definite choice if looking for an incredible host and amazing accomodations in and around Boston.

This apartment is in a house on a cute little street. The neighborhood was safe and a great location. We were able to walk to the Central Ave Station trolley stop, which gave us great access to Boston. We also walked to restaurants nearby.Our group was 14 people, half of which were children, and it was adequate space for the small amount of time we were not sightseeing.

Exactly what you need!

This property is exactly as pictured and was amazing! The host was very helpful, quick to respond and the check in and check out process was smooth and easy! They had the house stocked with everything but be mindful which floor you’re booking since it’s stairs only. Our only comment is parking can be difficult but we were able to figure it out after 1 night with no more issues! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is big and every detail is perfect, the kitchen was completely full with everything we needed, including water and some beverages!Comunication with Jenny was totally perfect, she replied immediately everytime I wrote her.Private parking was a plus, nice position, just 20 minutes from Boston downtown (without traffic).
