Our original room was supposed to be a balcony but the sauna was broken. The staff offered us a different one on the first floor and was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay!

Room was spotless. Amenities and breakfast were great. We had nearby rooms on our floor where the people were extra loud so getting to sleep was going to be a problem. The hotel addressed the noise issue immediately which was greatly appreciated.
