Other than weather related delays , all was good.

The staff on the flight was very kind and just seemed to be happy people, especially Jacob. I love that the pilot got on and told us about things we could see out our windows as we flew.

Great flight to/from Seattle. Only complaint I have was the cold flight from Seattle. Felt like a side of beef in a freezer, resulting in a head cold.

Excellent service

Our flight was delayed an hour and the staff was wonderful.. we had a gentleman step up and help because we were down a flight attendant. He was on vacation and totally helped us all out!

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Boise

Your adventure to Boise starts as soon as you've completed the security checks. We've summarized a few hints and tips to make sure you pass through quickly:

  • Make sure your passport and boarding pass are easily accessible. You'll be required to produce them straightaway.
  • You'll have to place your music on pause for a short while. Earphones need to be taken off and placed in a bin for X-raying. The same applies to items such as heavy jackets and belts.
  • Make sure your electronic devices and laptop are easily accessible. These items need to be put through the X-ray machine in separate bins.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to put all gels, liquids and creams in a separate tub for inspection. Make sure they're all stored in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Construction boots and other cumbersome shoes tend to be X-rayed by airport security. Think about wearing lightweight sneakers instead.
  • Stash any pocketknives or other dangerous items in your checked luggage. Security won't allow these on the plane.
