This place is just what we needed. We drive over 3 hours in from La Grande, Oregon to catch a flight. They were great with shuttle and parking options as we are staying here another night when we return before we head back. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The property was wonderful, and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The gym had just what I needed to complete my workout and training run. The breakfast items and all day coffee were a bonus as well. The only reason I would not rate this a five star is the communication -or lack thereof- between the front desk and housekeeping. I was bothered the first day by housekeeping who asked if I was checking out or staying an extra night. After letting her know we were checked in for two nights I subsequently received a phone call from the front desk…asking if I had a reservation for the second night…I did…and then a second phone call from the front desk, confirming I was correct. The second day was the same with housekeeping - arriving to the door prior to our checkout time… Just a little bit more communication between the front desk and housekeeping would make Garner stand out as a superb. This was a good stay nonetheless! And I would recommend to others as well.

After arriving on a late flight to Boise, the shuttle bus was waiting for us. Check-in was 1-2-3 and done. After a long day of travel, that bed felt like the best one I've ever slept on!

Staff was very nice. The metal bed frame on wood floors was a horrible noise every time you rolled over. There was a loud group that came in and the staff took about 2 hours to tell them to quiet down. Other than that it was a nice place.
