Facility is dated but we could overlook that. It looked like it could be due for a spring cleaning and shine. I would not go out of my way to return. The check-in staffer was not trained well. He struggled to check us in; looked like he was training. All well and good but he did not have the attentive disposition to work this job. The manager-staffer lady was excellent. Appreciated the hot meal in the morning; so that evened everything out. Thank you, Mrs. K

Hotel from Hell
At first I felt it was going to be a good stay. But, it started downhill from the beginning. I was asked which floor I wanted to be on to which I said the 3rd. I had never been to Utah before and I asked for a room with a view of the snow covered mountains. I was assured that would be no problem. They then informed me the room wasn't ready and I would have to come back. I asked where a good restaurant was and they recommended one. I went to the recommended restaurant and it was closed and not to open until the evening. So, I went to a different location. When I returned I was told my room was on the 2nd floor, not 3rd but, it was an upgrade. When I got to the room it was far from an upgrade. It was overlooking air conditioning equipment looking away from the mountains. The the AC/Heater didn't work correctly, The room was not in good shape and by now I just wanted to leave. This experience was awful to say the least. The manager came to my room and gave me a gift due to all I had to put up with but, by then the damage was done.
