Whole hotel felt neglected. In our room, the toilet didn't flush right. The coffee maker didn't work. The furniture was dirty, and the room temperature couldn't be controlled. The bed was comfortable however.

The entire hotel wasn't very clean. My room exterior sliding door was already open when I came in. The thermostat wasn't working so my room got pretty hot overnight which explains why the sliding door to the outdoor patio was open. The people staying in the room next to me kept me up all night by what seemed to be a sex fest with music and loud screaming. Then when I went to take a shower in the morning I seen a couple cockroaches on the floor running away. I will never stay at this hotel again.

No phones in the rooms. The beds moved around because of the hardwood floors. There was no large waste basket in our room. Just a small one in the bath room. When i went by the front desk. There didnt seem to be anyone available. Took them 5 days for them to return my depsit. But moments to keep it.
