Receptionist was very nice. The hotel from hallways, elevators and rooms were incredibly dirty! stained and ripped carpets, dirty pool indoor not heated. Dirt rings in shower, cigarette butts in elevator. Paint spatter on floor boards. It looks like the staff have given up on the place.

Took our boys to Boise to visit family over Fall Break, they loved and lived at the pool and hot tub. It is close to so many places. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!

some areas could use a little more tidying up..(elevators and hallways) staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast provided was of good variety and was arranged in a user friendly setup. A few areas of inconvenience due to painting and remodeling taking place.
