The facility is excellent and located right next to the greenbelt. We came to catch music at the Sapphire Room for a staycation. We had a great time.

The room was amazing. Right on the river. The pool and hot tub outside were so nice for a cold night to get in and relax. The staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The waffles were just frozen like eggo waffles. The potatoes were super hard, not soft. The sausage and bacon were strange texture and flavor. The fruit tasted a little moldy and slimy. The pastries were never refilled, so we didn't get any of those either. The service was sub par. We finished our food, but no one took our dishes away. We waited for a really long time to get water refilled so we just went to the lobby beverage station to refill our own. Server was just not aware of us and what we were needing and we didn't need much at all. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast however, it wasn't very good. Staff was very friendly.

From check in to check out - our stay surpassed all other stays im the best, most positive way. Spencer, the manager and the staff were exceptional. Riverside Hotel is a 10/10 in all areas.
