We booked through Hotels.com and the Hilton did not have our reservation, so we paid again as the booking did not show in their system. Now we have to get a refund from Hotels.com as we paid twice for a room. Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The hotel is dated, bed was comfortable at least. Definitely not worth what we paid as it was $397 directly through the hotel for a room we used for 5 hours plus the $268 we need to get a refund through Hotels.com. Very disappointing way to end our vacation.
