Perfect all the way around

The property was great. Totally Comfortable and the location was perfect for biking. The house was stocked with everything you need and probably forgot to bring. The extra touches were a welcome surprise. The property owners reached out personally prior to our arrival. This was our 3rd trip to Bentonville to ride. And by far this was the best spot and amenities!

Perfect in Bentonville

Perfect location and amenities for our 4-day, 3-night stay. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and there was even a large fan for optimal sleeping conditions. Easy access to all the trails which was really great. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We plan to stay here for all our future visits.

Wonderful getaway

The house was absolutely adorable and very clean. Pam was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we could need ( including leaving us some fresh bagels and breakfast food since she knew we were arriving late). Location was great. We were there for biking, but our boys loved that there was also a basketball court across the street at the elementary school. Nice hot showers, comfy beds and a beautiful place!

Perfect home base for family mountain biking

Hands down the most thoughtful hosts and well appointed touches of any rental we have stayed in. Pam knew we were getting in late and left us some snacks to enjoy upon arrival. The home has everything you will need - from shampoo/conditioner/body wash to laundry and dishwashing soap. The bike locker out front was an easy and convenient way to store our bikes at the end of the day. The location was perfect and we were able to ride to many different trails from the house. We will definitely be back!

Charming, Comfortable, & Clean

This charming property was perfect for our family gathering. It is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the fun yet tasteful decor. It has a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and everything we needed to prepare our meals. We found the mattresses and bed linens to be comfortable. I wish the weather had allowed us to use the nicely furnished deck. The owner was communicative, helpful, and anticipated items that we might need. It is across the street from a school, so there is traffic in the mornings and afternoons during the school year, but our daughter enjoyed the track for her runs on the weekend. I would definitely recommend this property.

The BEST hostess!

We came for Thanksgiving to visit family. Pam, the hostess reached out to me to see if there was anything needed for our stay. I mean, who does that anymore??!! Pam!! The house was very clean and cozy! We had a wonderful stay! I can’t wait to come back and stay here in the future!

Excellent Experience

This is the most fully stocked and thoughtful vacation rental I have ever stayed at. From snacks, to kitchen equipment and appliances, to a first aid kits and trail maps; you name it, this rental has you covered. We could have come completely unprepared and been taken care of. While it was on the pricier side of its competition, its location to trails and town (in addition to all the perks) made it well worth it.

Great place for grandkids

We visit NW AR periodically to see our grandkids and generally prefer a house. That way we can stay in and cook and have plenty of together time. This house is perfect. And there’s a huge back yard, too

A Perfect Oasis

Upon leaving the house for the last time this morning, my boyfriend informed me that he left the owners a note that read, “If perfection was achievable, then this house nails it.” We felt at ease and at home the moment we first arrived. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated (even better than the photos!), serene, with all the amenities you would possibly want after a long day of traveling. I am so glad I chose this property to rent when I looked at my options in NWA. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better place to stay.

Home away from home

We stayed at this property while we waited to move into our new home. The house had everything you could ever need to be comfortable and was in an awesome location! Pam was a wonderful host. House has lots of "extras" you don't get in other houses. Neighborhood was quiet, except for a little traffic noise. Nothing bothersome. It is close to trails, which was nice and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hosts and Property!

We would absolutely stay here again. Communication from Pam and Perry before and after the stay was great. They saw I was bringing my family, including my 3 young children and really went above and beyond providing some essentials after a long 10 hour drive. The property was immaculate and newly updated. Perfect for a family or friends.

The house was great. All the amenities were very thoughtful and comfortable. It was really nice having things like spices, condiments and laundry detergent waiting for us at the rental. (You don’t appreciate it until you have to go buy them while on vacation) The house was a 5 minute bike ride from downtown and is just a block from the nearest trailhead. We will definitely stay here again.
