Ruby Foo's is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's free parking too! But the deluxe room had old and worn furniture (still comfortable and clean). My advice is to upgrade to the higher tier room which is renovated with newer furniture. It only costs a few dollars more.

They have a skating rink, with complimentary skate rental, however, the rink was full of snow and not even iced? It was some sort of fake ice? weirdest thing. If you are not going to clear the rink from snow, don't advertise it, or at least, do let people get the skates for nothing? Waste of time for us.

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay and had an awful experience due to safety and how the staff handled it. The parking lot does not feel safe at all. My car was stolen the first night. When I reported it, the hotel staff were indifferent and acted like this was normal. Police who responded also told me thefts at this property are very common. What’s most frustrating is the hotel took no responsibility and, at minimum, provided no warning to guests about the risk. If you’re considering staying here, beware—do not assume your vehicle is safe on their property.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, reasonable, and well located. My only issue with this stay (I have stayed there before) was that I was there two nights, and after the first night the room was made up and we were left with zero towels. I called the desk and they said they would send some up, but never did. Had to use the bathrobe to dry my hands.

It was an average property, it was not cleaned properly, fridge was stinky, the washroom doors doesnt close untill you push it so hard, its tough for kids to close the door, there was one small sauna, we waited for an hour for other people to come out, but they didnt.
