Living spaces are connected by a wide interior staircase and exterior stairs. 2 Zone C/A, whole house dehumidifier and ceiling fans keep the house cool all summer long. Beach Chairs, badges,& beach buggy cart are provided for tenant use. Owner provides pillows.
