"I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers didn’t come in until 6 am. I was transferred to security who said they would direct the Uber to my building. At 4:20 am, when the Uber driver arrives, he was let in, but not told that I was not at the clubhouse. I had to contact him. During my phone call to him, someone from the clubhouse did come out to tell him that I was not there. It seemed as though the staff didn’t talk to each other."
