Room in bed were OK. Bathroom sink did not drain. Hotel is not accessible and this was not in your advertisement. I had to walk eight steps down to my room eight steps up to the lobby four steps down. I recently injured my spine, so this was not welcome. Less than OK.

The room was great. We didn’t have any issues even though we were late checking in. The manager was running the desk both at check in and check out. He was a great help in providing driving directions to downtown Tarpon Springs.

We arrived check in was smooth, but then we got to our room and it smelled musty, then I used the restroom #1 and the toilet wouldn’t flush, then while waiting for maintenance we spotted cockroach’s. Maintenance arrived and cleared the toilet and promptly carried the used plunger through the room and dripped through the room and left… we went elsewhere!

The room was okay..very outdated than the photos. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. So our room was very muggy. We killed a small cockroach in our and we had to do laundry here also and found a dead cockroach in the laundry room.
