"I truly cannot rave enough about how delightful our stay was on this property. The landscaping was beautiful and welcoming from the moment we drove up, and the house was so cozy and clean! It was such a sweet place. A couple of details: first of all, the house was very inviting. Downstairs became our kids' den: with two full beds, a TV, and a foosball table, we had to practically drag them out. The upstairs bedrooms had king sized beds and a huge sectional couch that was great for reading or watching TV. (That's if I wasn't reading in a chair in the lovely little backyard.) We loved eating together at the dining room table after a day of biking, swimming, and exploring. With a Publix so close, grabbing groceries was easy, and the kitchen was well appointed for whipping up a quick meal. That was if we didn't want to take the golf cart up to that little burger joint just up the street, which was delicious! Or go into Tarpon Springs for Greek food, which we did. We also rode the bikes to Wall Springs Park just up the road for a sunset...or to a dock on the beach in the other direction another night...or my favorite of all, a quick drive to Fred Howard Park. We snorkeled and swam there for hours, and the sunset there was magical. (It even included a mother and baby dolphin!) At the end of each day, we would relax in the hot tub and then veg out in that amazing house.All in all, I give this vacation a ten out of ten and I sure hope to come back to that lovely little place!"

"This house is a dream. I had my 3 siblings, their kids, and my 74 yr old mom come into town and the property couldn’t have suited us better. There is an immediate “wow” factor with the pool and gulf view and it never goes away! Each moment is a picture out of a Hemingway novel. The home has tile flooring which helps keep the place cool even in the hot Florida sun. Plenty of space to sprawl out. We put the 3 nieces in the 6th bedroom downstairs and it worked perfectly as they had a private bathroom and fridge which they loved. The boys loved the green turf and enjoyed hours of putting on the green. Our friends have kayaks so we used them from the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat one day and even with low tide you’re able to get to the dock so I was able to let everyone off so they didn’t have to go back to the marina with me.We had four cars parked and there was still plenty of room. The master bedroom is a dream for sure. My wife kept looking for properties to buy on the water. She had to work some of the time and set up a desk looking out at the Gulf and was perfectly content. Olga and Bill were amazing and responsive. We didn’t have any issues with the home at all but I have no doubt they would’ve helped us fix them immediately if we did.Book with confidence! Made a lifetime of memories in a short amount of time."

"This home included just about anything you could ask for in a vacation home. The bottom floor inside/outside area of the perfect pool (with hot tub). The setup approaching the pool included ping-pong, connect four, pool table, mini-fridge, bar and more. Large TVs throughout. The downstairs suite was great. Close to beaches, excellent restaurants, and grocery store. I would highly recommend this property for families or group of friends."

"Would definitely stay here again! Private and the pool is amazing! We had a couple issues, that the host quickly worked out. Great communication. The only thing I would've liked to see was that in the description it would be mentioned about it being a duplex.Of and did I mention the pool? It was amazing!"
