"NEVER AGAIN!!! 7:30am Asked 3 housekeepers if maintenance was in bc toilet backed up. THEY HANDED ME A PLUNGER!!!! After returning plunger I went to front desk, asked to get just toilet cleaned as I was checking out but wanted to bathe before I left. $50 Charge!!! Because THEIR Toilet Malfunctioned!! " We're a longer stay hotel and we only clean your room once every 14 days!!!" OMG!!! The had to clean it anyway!!"

What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. "I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my family but didn’t get much sleep because of very unruly guests shouting, slamming doors and running in the hallways at ridiculous hours. I complained to front desk but nothing was done and it continued every night. I could also smell the strong scent of marijuana on the premises. I was very disappointed in my stay here."
