This facility is dated, clean and walkable to shopping and dining. Grounds are well kept and staff is wonderful.

Went down for breakfast at 9:15 and there was nothing left to eat. No breads, no milk for cereals, no oatmeal, no eggs, no fruit, no yogurt. Pathetic ! We were so disappointed ! Breakfast is served til 10am. If you know how many guests you have then plan food accordingly. Bed very uncomfortable. This is unacceptable !

One nice aspect of this hotel is that Crocker Park Mall is only a few blocks away. The mall has ample dining and shopping options. Our room seemed to have been recently renovated and was extremely clean. The hotel is tucked away, so it is quiet and has lots of parking. The only complaint was the breakfast (that was included in the price of the stay), as they had run out of a number of items such as milk. That said, I would be happy to stay here again.

I liked everything about the Westlake, OH Hampton Inn with one exception. We basically had the same breakfast Saturday morning andSunday morning with the exception of different flavored waffles which were good. However, the round eggs two days in a row were a disappointment. I really would have liked a change in the eggs - perhaps scrambled eggs one of the two days.
