"Hotel is under renovation, so it was difficult to use the lobby and the elevators were slow and an issue, but other than that, everything else was good. The hotel was very conveniently located, but the Times Square side is noisy, though you can't see anything."

"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."
