I don't use 1 out of 5 because the staff was friendly to me. When I arrived my room was not ready. I was lucky that the attendant assigned me a new room. I booked two rooms, and in both rooms the air conditioner could not be turned off. This was important for us because it was dirty, and we got stuffed nose because we could not turn it off. The door in my room was broken and could not close, the shower in the other room did not work. We saw cockroaches in the breakfast bins and a door in the second floor. The staff is friendly, but it seems that the managers do not want to pay for cleaning, plumbing, etc. And I am surprise they don't pay because the cost was high. Because of the high price I did not check the reviews where other people have seen the same as I have.

The guest room was worn and tattered, cushions were stained and nasty. Peeling paint, hole in the wall water/mold stains. Beds were lumpy. There is no security, no card needed to enter thru unlocked back door. People hanging out and smoking weed. HVAC was loud. TV remote did not work. Room was clean. Carpet is new. I saw no evidence of bug infestation

The amenities that were listed were not available, and there was not an explanation as to why or if they were going to become available. I am referring to the arcade room which is the main reason we booked this particular hotel. We found two cockroaches in our room in two different areas. One was above one of the beds on the wall and the other was found in the bathtub. This was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention, the floors had not been vacuumed prior to us staying as there was hair, crumbs and wrappers everywhere. We were concerned of the condition of the room and when we reported it, nothing was done about our displeasure. We were very disturbed and disgusted by this hotel. And unhappy with the service after receiving a complaint.

The room was terrible! Leaky air conditioner made the carpet all wet in that corner of the room. Privacy curtains were pulled down partly making it impossible to close without propping a chair up against them and pulling them closed with my hair clip. There was also a big indentation with huge cracks in the outside wall that looked like a car had hit the outside wall. When I told the person at the desk that they shouldn't rent out that room because there may soon be mold starting due to the water problem and people shouldn't have to makeshift the curtains in order to have privacy she just said "Oh I'm sorry you were unhappy with your stay, I guess that is why we are renovating the whole place, so come back next year." Will never stay at a Quality Inn again if they are willing to rent out a room like that even for a night. TERRIBLE!

Our room was ran down, bed uncomfortable. The water in the toilet ran all night. Not sure how safe the neighborhood was. The counter in the bathroom was broke, as one of the headboard. A chair that was in there looked like someone sat in it with dirty work clothes and there was glitter left on it. The beds were not very comfortable either. Will not stay again.

very rundown property there are homeless people hanging out and lots of people partying and smoking pot in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe there but if you get like a half a mile away towards town it’s actually nice. I would never stay here again. They didn’t even put toilet paper in the bathroom

Not sure if in transition or ownership/renovations, but evidence of active drug use(by odors and direct observation) and possible long term living arrangements for some. Nice area and better options close by. Would not stay as a single female.

I called day before to just double check my reservation. When called was told I could come anytime 12 to whenever for check in because my rooms was already ready for us. When we got there and got our room keys we went to the rooms and both rooms was dirty not even cleaned from last person there. Then had to wait 30 with 4 kids and 6 adults. For 30 mins for them to get us new rooms. Got the new room at least they was clean. But the facility it’s self was not well kept the sink counter was break hanging off wall like someone jumped on it and there was what looked like rust stains around the bath top. No toilet paper holder. And to top it off there was two roaches we found out side our room door. So no not a great stay %100 don’t recommend.

Tv phone and clock radio did not work. Furnature including the broken lamps were a disgrace. Told front desk about it they did nothing . Room wasn't cleaned. Linens were not changed. Side entrance door had broken glass. The website said it had a restaurant bar and gift shop none of which existed Waterpark was dirty. Management doesn't care. I won't ever stay at a quality inn again

This property needs major upgrading. The door we used did not lock in the evening. The bathroom had rust and dirt. I would not recommend it to anyone there are better choices in the area.
