"No me gustó que me quede de lunes a jueves y solamente una vez fueron a limpiar la habitación, las cortinas rotas y estrujadas los cristales de las puertas con humedad y la habitación con mucho olor a humedad. Tienen que limpiar más las habitaciones antes de que la persona entre a la habitación"

"Deseo expresar mi inconformidad con el servicio recibido en recepción por parte de Beatriz. Durante mi gestión, me indicó que debía cambiar mi método de pago, a pesar de que le expliqué que he utilizado ese mismo método anteriormente sin ningún inconveniente. La forma en que se dirigió a mí, así como su tono y actitud, me parecieron poco amables y poco orientados al servicio al cliente. Adicionalmente, actualmente se me está realizando un nuevo cargo y, cuando solicité orientación para entender la situación, Beatriz no mostró disposición para ayudarme ni ofrecerme una explicación clara. Como huésped, esperaba recibir un trato respetuoso y apoyo para resolver mis dudas. Considero que la atención recibida no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado y afectó negativamente mi experiencia en el hotel. Espero que este comentario sea tomado en consideración para mejorar el servicio al cliente en recepción."
