The room we booked on Travelocity was not what we were given. The hotel was sold out so they were unable to give us a room with two beds. They did end up giving us two separate rooms with full beds.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Barrie and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—right off Highway 400 and close to restaurants and downtown Barrie. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and equipped with useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus, and the free parking and Wi-Fi added great value. On the downside, the décor feels a bit dated in some areas, and the facilities are fairly basic compared to more modern hotels. However, for the price, it’s a good option for short stays or business trips.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very quiet. There were pets on the floor but we didn’t hear them. Be aware the hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
