The place was very clean, comfortable beds. When we woke up unfortunately there were ants crawling all over us. We told the front desk and he told us that we had already paid through Expedia so the only thing he can do is notify management. Very odd response.

Booked this last minute during a road trip. Booking was quick and easy and we were greeted with a smile upon arrival. The lady working the front desk was very pleasent to deal with and even asked which area was more convenient for our needs. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Even the coffee tasted like coffee. We would stay here again!

The property was clean, the bed comfortable and the service friendly. Our request for a walk-in shower was met. The breakfast was a great touch. The only issue is we had a wheelchair and the ramp to the first floor was very tight and difficult to maneuver. The doors were also tight for the chair so some improvements in accessibility would be nice. Otherwise a great stay.

Very poor assistance

The hotel was booked at the last minute as my husband had just been released from hospital. The room was on the second floor, no elevator and no transport chair. To be honest when booking the room I didn’t see choices of location or transport chair in the selection. Staff were very accommodating and did their best to assist us however given the circumstances we checked in and checked out within 5 min. Don’t even see the room as my husband could not walk to it. Very disappointing to discover there was no flexibility from the hotel regarding even a partial refund, given the circumstances and the fact that the room was not even accessed let alone used. This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Restaurants were in walking distance and shopping just down the road including outlet mall ( small but good stores ). Grocery store was across the road
