I was given room 415 while checking for bed bugs I found blood on the bed sham. Was then given room 305 which was double beds instead of the queen that I asked for. In that room there was the smell of smoke which is unacceptable to a person with bad allergies. My next and final room was 604 in wich the bedroom area was clean and acceptable, the bathroom was acceptable but definitely not cleaned as should be. Im still waiting to hear from the Manager who was off duty .. I WILL NOT be back! If I was in condition to drive I would have left on I seen the blood on the bed.

Breakfast eggs and hash browns were cold everyday. I am on a gluten free diet. It would have been nice to have a gluten free cereal, bread or pancake item available.

Hard to get to. Took forever for Shuttle to retrieve us from Airport even though we called when we landed. Night Receptionist was belligerent. Had unhelpful answer for everything. Forced to sit in lobby until 2 am before being given a room. Landed at 12:05. Day staff was much better. Chair in room was stained. Not enough plugs and unsafe extension cords to compensate. Anxiety inducing safety violations.

We were glad that check in was late due to our flight coming in late and a shuttle bus was available. The heater in the room was not working well. It was either hot, or turned off to get cooled down.
