"Helpful front desk, room was cleaned every day and the housekeeper was very friendly. Note that the shuttles for the airport don't operate before 6 am and it was inconvenient for our traveling. Also the shuttle to the mall was quite inconsistent, we couldn't use it as much since the hours of operation were not clear. Overall, I would stay again here because it's a great location and easy to move around."

"The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Manny, the bellman, was extremely knowledgeable about restaurants, stores and sight seeing places. The hotel restaurant service was awful. It took about 35 minutes to get our breakfast order and it was only lukewarm."

"Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very small, which is self explained due to the age of the building. The same is true for the elevators, they are so old I was waiting for the doors to open and see the Beatles in the elevator. I had two beefs, one was with valet parking aas when we got to the Omni and when we left the hotel there was no effort by the Valet to even offer to help with our 2 pieces of luggage but they looked forward to a tip. The other was when we entered our room there were 2 bottles of water, and that was it. The next day when they serviced the room they were not replaced. For the price they charge to stay here they should have left a full case! The best thing was that it was close to my family's home other than that I really wasn't impressed."
