"would not recommend this hotel for families. I disputed only one night of my prepaid stay after deciding to leave due to an event environment that I felt was inappropriate for children and families. Despite incurring additional expenses to relocate my family to another hotel that evening, no reimbursement or reasonable resolution was offered by the Hotel. My family booked this stay to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and expected a relaxing family getaway. Before going to the pool area, I contacted the front desk after noticing event preparations and was informed that the event was not private and that hotel guests would continue to have access to the amenities. Unfortunately, the atmosphere we encountered was not family-oriented and included excessive drinking, smoking, inappropriate behavior, and overly revealing attire around children. In addition, the pool area appeared to exceed the posted occupancy limit by more than double, creating an overcrowded and uncomfortable environment. My 9-year-old daughter became visibly uncomfortable, and I no longer felt the environment was appropriate for my family. As a result, I chose to leave the hotel and secure accommodations elsewhere that same evening. Had I been informed in advance about the nature of the event, I would not have booked or remained at the property. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the morning front desk staff were friendly and professional."

"The water smelled terrible, the wifi was hit or miss if it was going to be working, the main office was in terrible condition and the vending machines had out of date food and not drinkable sodas, the cans were caving in on the soda in the vending machine, I wouldn't trust the microwave they had in the office for anything, there was 1 tiny trashcan in the whole room, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way and the door handle you could see thru a big hole around it, the latch on the front door was broken, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND very terrible place the only good thing they have is the fact that its cheap. Never again will I ever stay at a dallas love in my life. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!"

"This hotel is dated and the rooms need some attention. Additionally, the hotel staff was short handed while I was there. Some illustrations of problems - a major wet spot on the carpet due to placement of the desk in the room directly in front of air conditioning vent, noise issues on upper floors because of the atrium design carrying noise to the top floors, security / front desk unable to deal with a screaming lady on a upper floor late at night (front desk kept putting me on hold when I would call to complain and the security guard was standing on the first flow with his arms at his hips staring at the lady instead of going and confronting her to ask her to stop. I ultimately had to scream at her myself to get her stop). The beds were uncomfortable and the shower had poor water pressure. I would not stay there again."

"Loved that parking was secure. The only priblem I had was in my room. It had a sliding glass door to a balcony that was not locked & no way to secure the door from the inside (to block someone sliding the door open from the outside). I prefer safety where I stay. Peran aka "John" (front desk clerk) was VERY nice & helpful with the check in process."
