The toilet in my room was clogged up on arrival and didn't have a plunger. The a/c unit didn't turn on and then I noticed later it was unplugged for an unknown reason. I wanted to use the gym, but the treadmill, bicycle, the cable machine, and the elliptical were all broken. The windows to rooms are single pane glass so you can hear the freeway heavily. Based on all these things it wasn't the most pleasant stay.

The room was very dirty, so the front desk was alerted. The gentleman behind the desk showed us a different room that was a little more clean, but had bed bugs. It was in a very run down neighborhood with gang graffiti on the exterior of many neighboring buildings. We could not stay here and found a different hotel.

This was a horrible experience. I selected this as it was close to the airport with shuttle service to and from …. When i called for shuttle service they informed me it did not begin until 5pm ( my flight landed at 2pm) after an $80 cab fare for the 15 minute drive … i was informed the last shuttle service back to the airport was at 10am…my meeting ended at 11am … when i talked to the hotel before booking i was not informed of the limited hours shuttle service … The cable in the room did not work… front desk said there was a local cable outage … i suspect it was local to the hotel for non payment… the furniture was dirty and well worn… the breakfast was very limited and i needed 4 paper plates so they didn’t collapse getting back to the table… i will NEVER stay at a wyndham facility again …
