we love staying at this hotel - however on Saturday we didn't have hot water - because we had scheduled our stay through you, a third party source, we could not be compensated for our discomfort.

Great location if you are visiting SMU.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Went to visit SMU with my son. Very convenient to campus. Down the street from shops and restaurants. The hotel does not have complimentary breakfast but there is a Starbucks on the main floor. You can also go to the Corner Cafe for a heartier breakfast. We ate dinner at one of the area restaurants. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from Dallas Love Field. Plan to stay there on all my visits since my son has decided to go to SMU.

This hotel was extremely nice- pictures don't do it justice

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Dallas Park Cities. The room was very nice, large, and beds were extremely comfortable. We did have an issue with our shower draining the next morning before checkout. I contacted Hilton regarding the issue and I was sent a reimbursement check for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and I know I will be staying there again. This hotel was much nicer than other Hilton hotels I have stayed in.

Great Hotel for the price

We've stayed here many, many times over the past several years, including just a month ago and for its proximity to the Park Cities, friendly staff, and cosistently clean, well maintained rooms and common areas, and for its price, this hotel is unmatched. The rooms have just been updated with carpet, drapes, some furniture, new flat screen TVs. While the parking situation is a joke (you really have to valet your car, so plan to add $* to your nightly cost), most everything else is great, including the bar/restaurant, and the small but adequate conceirge floor and continental breakfast. I'm guessing that those that don't like this hotel are needing somethign that this hotel wasn't designed to provide...

Worst Hotel

Worst Hotel Ever!! Staff was not friendly at all. Location very bad. No wireless in rooms, just in lobby. No self parking only valet which is $ a night. The pool is outside and 3ft deep. The food was too expensive, even for breakfast. Do not recommend to any one.

Nice and Comfy

This was a nice pleasant place to stay for a business trip. Comfy bed, clean, lots of towels, etc. The burger from roomservice was delicious. (although I was starving.) The service was nice, but not too obsequious. That always feels weird to me. \n\nMy only complaint is that it's in a pretty lame area. I like to walk around when I'm in a new city and this didn't offer much in that regard. (although, to be fair, Dallas doesn't seem to be much of a walking city.) And if you are doing a lot of work there, don't plan on using the desk. It was far too high to be comfortable for a laptop.

Won't stay here again

What this hotel lacks in luxury it attempts to make up in snobbery. The food in the restaurant for breakfast was served and stored at the wrong temperatures. The French toast was stone cold as were the eggs and the sausage and bacon. There was debris floating in the apple juice glass and the wait staff were forgetable.\nThe towel bar in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the carpet in the room was dirty. The notes left from the former tenant were still on the nightstand.\nThere are many hotels in Dallas, this one is not staying on my list. Boutique Hotel may be a acronym for shabby and expensive.

Park Cities Luxury

My wife and I live in a dallas suburb and were celebrating a special event and decided to stay at the Hilton to avoid the drive home. We were looking for something upscale but not too crazy. We found it. Very, very nice hotel, great staff, very nice room. If we had stayed longer we would have tried the restaurant and other amenities. Great location near Preston Center in Dallas (a fairly high end luxury shopping center). It's a one block walk to the center. Hotel was very quiet.
