Great Stay and Customer Service!

We absolutely loved staying here! We were taken back when we walked in and the heat pump was not working. I contacted Vacasa, and by the morning, the property manager had stopped by, checked it out, and contacted an HVAC company to come out. By the time we got back to the condo that evening, it was repaired! Great service, great experience! Will definitely stay again! Thank you Diane and John from Vacasa!

Great Location!

Property was neat and clean. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and maybe a 10 minute drive to shops/restaurants. Nice views from the balcony. Perfect spot for a small family

Amazing location!

The complex is right there on the beach- no getting the car wet and sandy after a fun beach day! The unit itself was exactly as described. My only complaint was that it was extremely difficult getting someone from the management company to come out when needed. When we arrived, there was no backup key for the keyless entry and the battery was low for the keypad. It worked enough to unlock the unit but it didn’t have enough power to re-lock. Also, the lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken (dangerous for us with toddlers and young children running around). There was not even a bar or stick to place in the track to prevent the door from sliding open. The screen door was off, just lying on the balcony. When I called for the security issues, they were extremely nice and told me they put in a request and someone should call me back shortly. No one did. It was back and forth on the phone with them until the evening of our second day when someone was able to come out and figure out how to replace the battery for the keypad. It wasn’t until our third day that someone came out to cut a piece of wood to place in the track of the balcony door. That was frustrating but overall it was a great stay. We really enjoyed being able to go to the beach, come back to the unit for lunch and then return to the beach. The kids loved the pool and us adults really appreciated the washer and dryer in unit! Overall, we would stay here again if we got the chance. :)
