Very friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Hong Quan provided a very personalised touch and was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Spa also very nice. Location was great for old quarter.

"Hotel was excellent - rooms were new and excellent quality, with comfy beds. There is a gym in the hotel as well as an onsen (c£22 to use). Staff were very attentive and remembered your name etc, and also contacted me in the days before my stay to offer transfers from the airport. I also requested a gluten free breakfast and was provided with gluten free bread each day, and there was a comprehensive buffet offering Vietnamese / western food (while you can also request omelettes and other dishes to be made). Would highly recommend "
