She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). Spa area was clean and appreciated the hours which gave us time to enjoy it without being rushed. Overall it was a great stay for all of us as we were a group of 10 with 5 rooms and nobody I talked to had any negative comments."
