"Spacious room. It is one long room. Walk into the seating area, bathroom in the middle, then to the bedroom. Minifridge no microwave. Keurig was great. The pool was great, clean. The pool pictures make it appear newer, to me, but overall it was a great rooftop space, nice view of the city. Staff was great! Chris delivered a bottle of complimentary Bday champagne and was fabulous. Housekeeping kept the room neat and tidy. The hotel looks like the pictures. Nice and clean. Valet was always ready. There’s a bar directly across the street. The hotel’s location was located in a great spot right on the river, 10 min walk to the Alamo, and all the touristy things downtown. 10 min walk to the Towers of the Americas. 10 min drive from the airport. I would absolutely stay again."

"My family traveled to San Antonio to bury our oldest brother. I was unable to make it because someone had to care for our 98yrs old mom. I wanted to add someone to one of our 4 rooms and was given a very hard time. I spoke to someone who had no compassion and suggested that my family stay somewhere else. If one of the rooms wasn't connected to a flight and we had more than 5 days til travel I would have canceled all 4 rooms and in fact stayed somewhere else. The general manager never called me back. I called the hotel 4 days in a row to try to get some help. When i gave up someone called me and conferenced the GM in. They told me to go back to expedia that they could help me. I called Expedia to find out i would have to pay extra to just add a name to the double room that i had booked. I would not send my enemy to this place. The property is in need of an upgrade. The furniture is very old, fraying and stained in some places."

"The room was clean. However, the lobby bathrooms were bad - toilet paper on the floor, none in several of the stalls, no seat covers. The mini fridge was too big for the compartment and was difficult to open and close. Could not log laptop to Wi-Fi, although I had no problem with my phone, only minor issues with my tablet. The printer in the business center was out of ink. Thankfully the desk clerk offered to print documents for me if I could email them to her "
