The last 4 times I’ve stayed here, even way paying 5k a night for a room, there are problems with check in, problems with bags being delivered to the room. Very slow poor service. But the in room dining and service once checked in is great.

"Breakfast was not included. E we did not eat here.
Parking is a joke. It’s a paid lot, run by a private company. There are workers lurking around waiting for you to get out of your car. If you aren’t aware that you have to pay, and don’t see the ticket stations right away, they will ticket you. It happened to us and we saw another frustrated customer who also was ticketed before he even had a chance to buy a parking ticket. The Radisson Blu should take responsibility for charging the fee, then paying the lot owner. We won’t stay here again!"
