"The staff were so friendly and helpful! Especially Auggur (Perhaps Aaggur). She was an intern at the front desk and I cannot thank her enough for her help and kindness while there. She was wonderful to me.
The pool and beach areas were amazing and we loved having lunch by the pool. Everything was clean and welcoming.
I do recommend this hotel upgrading their bedding and bathrooms. The toilet was extremely LOW and looked like it was for a child. The beds were unbelievably lumpy and uncomfortable. We ended our stay early because of these two factors. I am not extremely old or overweight, I cannot imagine how difficult it could have been had my 80 year old mother tried to stay here with that toilet so low. Also, there is a large amount of walking involved to get into the hotel with a very large hill to climb from the self parking lot. I wish I had known since I do have bad knees."
