For a stay in Beaufort, SC, for my money, the Rhett House Inn cannot be beat. It is located in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of almost everything. We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn't see it again until we checked out on Sunday. In between, we walked to various sites of interest and restaurants throughout the day. BTW, a cooked-to-order breakfast, coffee & tea are included, as well as afternoon cheese and evening dessert. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful staff but definitely needs to be updated and refreshed inside the house. Rugs were dirty and the decor does not fit the time party. Smelled moldy and musty inside. Walls weren’t clean. Definitely needs some sprucing up!

The Rhett house takes you to great southern hospitality at its best. The Inn sits on a corner of downtown that is walkable to many restaurants and steps away from the bay. The checkin was easy and offerings of cheese tray followed by deserts was a great bonus to the spacious cottage room we had. The next morning we sat on the veranda for a delightful breakfast. The Rhett House Inn is a must for hospitality and location.

Absolutely Loved the Rhett House!

Cozy, charming with a fantastic breakfast! Our room had super comfortable bedding and ice cold AC. The delicious breakfast was even better on the old school front porch. Location is fantastic as well.
