When first arrived we were given a room that had not been cleaned and when we told the front desk they did nothing to make up for the mistake. Bellman was very kind and helpful.

Hotel Edison Times Square
This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great.

Arlo Midtown
This was for our anniversary trip and it was a wonderful place to stay centrally located with a luxury vibe to it. Everybody was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The property was nice and clean. A few little problems, which I guess can't really be changed the bathroom is really small, thight shower. There's no parking on site.
