"There was a dead bug that was on the wall when we arrived and carpet felt dirty and not vacuumed. The pillows are definitely interesting being square and about 18"x18". When asked for more pillows for the pullout bed use, we were told there was nothing they could do and no pillows available. Lobby was clean and the morning staff was nice and friendly!"

"ENTIRE 4th floor smelled like weed. Talked past rooms either "no smoking" signs and clearly that wasnt enforced. It was so strong its all I could smell. Staff was unpleasant. You can clal it cultural or whatever, but working in hospitality the whole "black eye roll" crap is NOT OK. I dont need attitude from some woman that doesnt like her job or thinks its acceptable to act like Im inconveniencing her by asking her to do her JOB! Wont be staying here again. Sincerely considered just leaving, but my son was alresdy flying in from Miami. Keep your "cultural" disrespect to yourself and your people."

"I stayed here Sat. June 6, 2026. The pool noted closed for the season it was hot and I just wanted to lay by the pool for some sun. I rented because I thought it had a pool. Why would it be closed in June? All in all it’s close to the airport which was what I needed and convenient. It’s not the normal type of hotel I stay in, but it served its purpose."
