Recent Stay Kimpton Overland Atlanta Airport

My husband and I recently stayed at the Kimpton Overland Hotel by Atlanta Airport, and we were very impressed overall. From the moment we walked in, the service stood out – Antwoine at the front desk was outstanding. He was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process effortless. That first impression set the tone for the rest of our stay. I booked a suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The highlight was the view overlooking the track, which was such a fun and unexpected surprise for my husband. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable – exactly what you’d expect from a Kimpton property. The restaurant on-site was another nice feature, with a relaxing atmosphere and good food, which made it convenient after traveling. A couple of small cons: the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, though it was still functional and very clean. Also, there isn’t a vending machine or small market area for snacks and drinks, which would have been helpful. On the positive side, we felt very safe the entire time, and the hotel itself had a stylish, modern vibe that we really enjoyed. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with only minor downsides. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique hotel experience near the airport.

I reserved a premium two double bed room that stated it would have a separate seating space. The room I was assigned had no couch or chair for a separate area. Hotel staff seemed not to care of fulfilling what was promised. I was eventually moved to a smaller room with a chair.
