There was active construction going on at this hotel and construction started at 7:30 a.m. Right below our hotel room. This impacted our stay quite a bit and made it impossible to keep sleeping, which was the whole point of this booking prior to a 15-hour travel day

"Room was great, staff was fantastic... mostly. My friend was also staying and hurt her knee and needed an ice pack. A nice lady from the bar, walked over to the reception desk asked for an ice pack from the first aid kit. The receptionist gave a snotty "no", so we went back to the bar and she found some ice packs. That was an effort above and beyond to care for a friend of mine and I am ever so appreciative. I've stayed before this time and I will most definitely stay again. "
