Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago
Stayed one night had an unpleasant experience at checkout. Had two rooms reserved for the next two nights nonrefundable. We didn’t go back. They can keep their money. I won’t stay at any Hyatt anymore. They’re not like they used to be and neither are their people, enough said.

Good hotel, super helpful staff but parking was a downside. Valet was the only practical option for us and cost over $40/day. There is supposed to be cheaper self-parking across the street for around $8–$12 per day, but it’s not on hotel property and wasn’t realistic for us since I arrived at 3 AM ...
