being senior with cancer our room key did not work would have to go to the desk to get another card that was 20 times. last day had to get upset and tell them. They tried to say my phone did it. wrong i did not carry a phone also i had 2 rooms only one room did this. The small guy started yelling at my husband then me. The Breakfast a joke health department needs to be notified. Also they have notice at front desk saying that they will stream the Navy Graduation in the breakfast room well that was not good either they ran vacuum and a man with EarPods on talking as loud as he could to his girlfriend because of the vacuum going on. The beds were clean. They have some kind of metal frame under the bed that sounds like a gong drum every time you get up. All the drawers were screwed shut could not use them.No microwave . I will consider calling franchise this is not looking good for their company. I was scared to post this if they try to charge me for phony charges . Except for being the closest motel to the base but you also can not walk from that motel either it says 9 mins wrong! The cleaning crew was polite but the small guy horrible.Will let other Navel people know skip that place funny stayed in Tennessee last month say franchise and it was excellent.
