Couldn't ask for anything more!

We stayed at this location since it was much more reasonably priced than staying in the city. The staff was very helpful, and even arranged a free shuttle ride to the nearest station so that we could catch the train to a concert we were attending downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable, and was ready even though we got there a few minutes early. Also, the pool and hot tub area was nice and relaxing. We really couldn't ask for anything more, and would definitely stay again!

the hotel is very clean and modern.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
when arriving at the hotel at noon , my room wasn't ready. i asked how long it would be to check in and was told a few hours. i came back in 4 hrs and the room still wasn't ready. I noticed that there was a lot of weddings and conferences going on at the hotel and asked if they could refer me to another of their properties so i may get a room immediately. which at that time they said they would have a room ready in an hour. now 530 and i exhausted from my flight and waiting for my room i called in to see if it was ready. they said yes. upon checking in, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. the hotel has many amenities available but none were pointed out. I would suggest calling the hotel prior to arriving to make sure the room would be available after your set arrival time so that it would expedite your enjoyment of the stay. plus ask if it was going to be busy with traffic from conferences and parties. it would make it a bit more quite & relaxing.hotel staff was indifferent to my situation.

This hotel has consistent high-standards so each stay is the same - excellent

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
The Doubletree is convenient to O'Hare and attractions in the Arlington Heights area. I go there for business-related purposes so for me it is quiet, clean and a great place to stay after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

This was a great room for an excellent price.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel features nice spacious rooms with a super comfortable Bed. The room was quiet, clean and large enough to spread out and relax. Since this was a business trip, it was nice to have a comfortable place to set up my laptop and get some work done as well. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service. It was located in an easy access location with areas of interest close by and a very good restaurant inside with room service. I would have no problem recommending anyone to stay here.

The great hotel...in a not so great area.

Loved the hotel. Loved the decor. I was really, really surprised, given the low price. The area....not so great. Not horrible, but not where I'd want to go walking late at night. Regardless....because we liked the hotel so much, and the price was so good, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are more concerned with the actual hotel, than the area in which it sits.

This hotel was very warm and comforting.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. They greeted us as we entered the lobby and directed us to our room after we checked in. The welcoming cookies were delicious. They were warm and fresh. We enjoyed them so much, that my fiancee found a doubletree close to our home and surprised me with a canister of chocolate chip cookies. The bed was very comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping if I am not in my own bed, but I had no problem at the doubletree. I couldn't believe that I slept throughout the whole night without waking up once. Now whenever I travel, I search to see if there is a doubletree in the area to stay in.

Excellent Suburban Business Stay

I booked a week long meeting here for several colleagues.\n\nUpon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the hotel was newly renovated and very neat looking. The decor was modern/asian style. \n\nIt's a nice location, close to O'Hare and Woodfield Mall, with shuttle service. Just off of route 90 for locals, and free parking. There are many good restaurants in the area, and across the street from a large Japanese market.\n\nThe hotel has been redecorated and looks wonderful. Wireless internet\nis available in public areas, including meeting rooms. \n\nService was always friendly and fast. Washrooms were always clean, and tastefully\ndecorated.\n
