Great location, and service
Hotel staff are super friendly and the complimentary cookie was delicious! Hotel lobby and rooms were clean. They had staff come in a clean the room daily! Location is great. I asked for extra towels and within 5 minutes they were brought to the room. The only problems I had, was under hotel amenities it says there is a fridge and microwave and there isn't. The second problem I had was the hotel had double charged me. But one quick call and the problem was resolved. Great customer service. Will be staying here again.

I had been around 15 times before my stay for business reasons. It had been about five years since my last visit. Previously the service was excellent and I loved it. The employees and all the staff were friendly and respectful, however my last stay everything had gotten worse. The service is only for an oriental company and the other guests are only if there is time. A coworker had an accident and no one offered any help to get her to the room. I do not recommend it. In two months I return to Chicago and I am already looking for alternatives. The transportation service is none. They don't take you to the airport, they don't look for you unless they have nothing with the eastern airline. That is said by the drivers themselves. The reception staff do not make you feel comfortable. What a shame that the service has gotten so bad because the training center that I am reporting to is just minutes away.

Overall, it was nice. It was awkward during check-in, though because staff members were bickering. Also, initially I was charged for my night even though it was already paid through Expedia. Thankfully, I saw this before I checked out and had the front desk staff member correct this.
