"The staff was very nice. From the front desk, to the doorman, to the cleaning crew, everyone was very pleasant. The first night of our stay the room was not cooling, there was an unusual heat wave in the area at the time. The front desk called to check on us and I told them what was going on and they immediately moved us to another room just down the hall. They even gave us access to restaurant credit for our inconvenience. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and both our meals were delicious. That night, after a hot day hiking around DC, we decided to order in from the bar and grill. Again, everything was delicious. The day we left we had a late flight so we had the hotel hold our bags. Our flight was delayed several times so we hung out in a sitting area off the lobby before heading to the airport. It was a very pleasant stay all around."
