Transportation From DCA
Flights to Alexandria will put you within easy reach of several Alexandria hotels just outside DCA along Route 1. From this location, you can start exploring both Alexandria and the District of Columbia. You have a few transportation options. If you want freedom of mobility, you can rent a car at the counters located in Terminal Garage A. It's a short walk to reach it, or you can catch the Parking / Rental Car shuttle, which makes stops outside of baggage claim at all terminals.
