"There're plenty spaces available for parking but there's only single main entrance available to access but not easy for entry when it's only suited for one side of the road. More gates exist but they're all kept closed all the times. Staffs are nice to help if possible."

"This is a very nice hotel and definitely one of my favorite places to stay. However, I’ve noticed that the level of service has been declining little by little. During my most recent four-day stay, I requested room cleaning around 10:00 AM before leaving for Walt Disney World. I returned around 6:00 PM, and unfortunately, my room had not been serviced. A few months prior, I also had an issue when I ordered a pizza. I provided my information to the front desk, but no one contacted me. I followed up and still couldn’t get an answer. Apparently, the message was not properly passed along by one of the employees. Fortunately, the morning manager was very understanding and professional and took care of the situation. Aside from those service issues, it’s still a great place to stay, especially for families with children. My kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide! The rooms are clean, the hotel is family-friendly, and overall, I still feel it’s worth the money. I just hope management can improve the consistency of the customer service because this hotel has a lot of potential."
