"Always have miss communication between the staff. Stayed for 8 days and got extra 2 rooms for my family but never got updated. WiFi has been change to many different password??? It’s cheap and getting a toilet paper is a pain. I guess it doesn’t matter now."

"Standard room was way too small, you could barely get through between the the bed and the walls. I booked 2 rooms 5 adults, even paid for the kid as an adult and requested a connecting or side by side since its a family trip for my birthday. I managed hotels for a living, I thought customer care training so I am aware of hotel policies that’s why I even called to mention my request. But this property do not understand anything about “making guest happy” we were put 7doors away from each other of which both rooms has connecting doors. I even told them we would take one single and one double rooms. But they were not willing to do that. They offered executive room for additional fee. Amenities…? They operate like it’s a “motel6” that you had to basically beg for what you need, it’s almost embarrassing to ask."

"Normally I do not bother with these surveys but in Conrad's case I will. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience."
