The facilities were fine. Some businesses nearby, but there's not like a 24-hour CVS or anything, and there is no bottled water in the room, so make sure you bring a filtered water bottle or get water before you settle in for the night.

Yes the air conditioning is functional and pretty nice! Shops nearby are definitely not very traversable via car. Walking is a little sketchy in the area but only at night. A nice base for us to start at!

Tolerable for a budget hotel. Good location. Staff were courteous and professional. Lobby and hallways were clean. Room was only marginally clean. Outside areas and parking were filthy. No fridge, no microwave, no breakfast. Bed was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor.
