Went twice in a week and off all 4 ppl I talked to only 1 had a very nice customer service and try to answer all my questions and the other 2 were very rude specially a foreign gentleman who works at night, anyways the room wasn’t clean enough my finance find used condoms under the bed from the previous ppl who obviously stay there among other things and it’s been more than a week and I haven’t received my deposit back yet and ok top of that I was suppose to get a call back from a supervisor back 2 days ago to explain me the delay or why and I have NOT hear from anybody. Definitely think about before you stay there.

We had a great time here. The room was bright, clean, warm and fully stocked with everything we needed! The fireplace was a bonus! Close to all types of activities and food, but really serene and quiet. I will stay here again.

Clean room, decent appliances, kitchenware needs updating. I am upset that a property in an area of Annapolis where parking is not a commodity would charge an automatic $7 a night for self parking without even asking if I had a vehicle.

The room and staff were great. The way the extended units are set up, with doors opening to outside, it can get noisy with people coming and going slamming doors. Some of the guest maybe lived there and a lot of construction workers staying there smoking in halls and could smell inside my unit. Overall great, clean, safe hotel. It served it's purpose for one night.
