Don't remember ever having to pay to park at a motel. Checking in was.a little rough but was a breeze checking out. The room appeared new, clean and quiet. Well thought out I mean, but for heaven's sake, stop charging people to park.

The room itself was okay. However, we noticed on the second day that the bathroom was crawling with small bugs. We weren't sure what they were. My wife refused to use the bathroom again after that.

Remarkable accommodations

I am truly impressed at the quality and value I received at this place. I was looking quickly for a place to stay in Annapolis and this came upfor the same price I would normally pay for a Comfort Inn. So my expectations weren't super high but what I got was a first class hotel experience. The room was remarkable in its cleanliness and luxurious appointments. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the breakfast was average and the coffee was lukewarm. Every other aspect of my experience here from the staff to the room was great! I will stay here again if I am ever in Annapolis again.

Our family (2 adults & 2 teens) liked the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom unit, and access to a full kitchen and a small dining area. Some areas of the unit could use some upgrading (such as the carpet); other parts were ok. The breakfast was average. The pricing was not cheap. Management however was nice to not charge us the last day when we were done with our tournament and headed home earlier by a day.

Shared spaces cluttered with personal property

I’ve noticed a decline in the property since we started staying there a few years ago. There is a lot more personal property sitting outside the longer-term residents’ doors — lots of bikes, strollers and assorted equipment hidden under stairways and next to doors. Garbage bags outside doors. It didn’t feel clean in the shared spaces. Breakfast was nice as always with a number of options. The front desk attendant during the day was friendly and helpful. I would stay again as the room was clean — just a noticeable difference in the maintenance and care of community spaces.

I wish we discovered this place 3 years ago. We have been coming in Us Naval Academy for the past 3 years and if I have found this place earlier, we would stayed in this hotel.
