Had to switch rooms twice within the first night. Woke up to take a shower and there was no hot water. The second room had hot water, but after showering and waking up a few hours later, I walked into the bathroom and saw a roach crawling across the floor. I showed pictures of it to the manager on duty and a $30 refund was offered along with another room change. Better than nothing I suppose. Property seemed clean otherwise, but it's very dated and shows it's age. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The area has lots of shopping and restaurant options within a few minutes drive.
