Front desk staff was very rude. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but got a room with one queen bed. The front desk guy claimed the hotel was booked, but also refused to help me because I booked through Hotels.com. I wasn't asking for any type of refund, just the room I reserved. I've never been to a hotel that refused any type of help because I booked through a third party. When checking in there was no greeting or eye contact and he was short with me when I asked about local transpiration.

Undisclosed pet fees. Highest pet fee I’ve ever paid at a hotel. Additional parking fees that I couldn’t pay with tap because they only take physical debit and credit cards. They refused cash as well. Room wasn’t very clean. The phone wasn’t working and I had to go to the receptionist multiple times because of that. Acceptable for the bare minimum necessities but I wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was reasonably friendly.
