We had an amazing experience at the Perry. Professional and courteous staff, clean rooms and facilities, quiet location, good food. Special mention to Johnny at the concierge desk. We had arrived without any plans and he helped us out to plan the best experiences.

Dinner menu ok, food below average, eat in town! Tram services ok, frequently over loaded requiring a wait for second vehicle. Hotel had no hot water for showering or our last day. Complimentary coffee had coffee grounds and staff didn’t seem to care when notified. Place was clean, well kept.

It’s on the quiet end Duval Street, but still within walking distance of most everything, My husband and I stay here multiple times a year and have for the past several years. We are never disappointed. Can’t wait to go back! "
